TABATA HIIT

  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that will help to improve cardiovascular endurance and burn calories.
  • Each workout will consist of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of four minutes.
  • Program are designed based on fitness level and will include modifications for those who are new to HIIT workouts.

YOGA

  • Focus on improving flexibility, balance & mindfulness.
  • Participants will learn various yoga poses and breathing techniques to help reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
  • The yoga classes will be designed for beginners and will include modifications for those who are new to yoga.

DANCE FITNESS

  • Focus on improving coordination, balance, and rhythm. Learn various dance styles such as Zumba and Salsation.
  • Our certified dance instructors will provide step-by-step instructions to help you stay motivated and engaged.
